Fantastic Stay!
quiet location easy parking
I really enjoyed the quiet location, made parking easy. The hosts, Jack and Audrey, created a cute atmosphere and maintained a lovely garden. The house itself was beautiful! Jack was cute. He clearly put a lot of effort into making the B&B the best it could be.
There was nothing wrong with my stay. I just thought I'd mention that guests should note that the breakfast is self-service and might not suit all preferences.

The house has many original features! There is also a beautiful garden that guests can access. This provides a relaxing space to unwind and appreciate the peaceful area after a day exploring the city.

My room was really clean, a great thing! It was decorated to a high modern standard and had tea and coffee making facilities. The bed in the Standard Double Room was very comfortable. I had amazing sleep EVERY night.

small room dirty bathroom basic breakfast
the location was acceptable, it was close enough to public transport.
The room was smaller than expected. the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. I found hairs in the shower. also, the breakfast was quite basic. There weren't many options available.

the owner jack provided information regarding local amenities. he also gave us a quick tour. i found breakfast included a big variety of cheeses and breads. i appreciated the fresh fruit provided daily.
i experienced slight noise from the water tank on the roof? it was not too loud though.

soft sheets self serve breakfast free parking passes helpful information
the bed had soft sheets I found the pillows supportive. the self serve breakfast offered many choices for a quick start. I also appreciated the provision of free parking passes it simplified logistics a lot. the host provided helpful local information .
the shower had slight fluctuations in water temperature during peak hours I noticed this on one morning only.

the host offered early check in because of room availability they showed me around with detailed explanations. additional services included provision of shower essentials there were also complimentary charging cables in the room.

the self serve breakfast included yogurt pastries cereal and hard boiled eggs for protein. a special water tap provided wicklow mountain spring water it was a really nice touch. breakfast timings were flexible allowing a relaxed start to the day.

the accommodation offered access to netflix through the tv this was good for evening entertainment. there was convenient on street parking using provided parking passes nearby. i found the location provided easy access to public transport.

the breakfast was not satisfactory the selection was very limited. i noticed that the host was rarely available during breakfast hours. there were no instructions for the coffee machine
